Mason Hedrick is a 2025 RHP/3B, SS with a 5-7 145 lb. frame from Pleasant Hill, IA who attends Southeast Polk. Recorded a 7.26 sixty yard dash. Medium athletic build, with some quick twitch athleticism. Primary RHP, shows an athletic arm on the mound with naturally clean mechanics. Pitches from the strech only, keeping the front side closed as he works downhill in line. Threw strikes with good tempo on the mound. Secondary infielder, high waisted athlete who field ball out front funneling through the middle of his body. Quick arm with good carry on his throws. Clean round of infield for Hedrick. Right handed hitter in the box, hits from an open front side. High back elbow. Lots of middle to opposite field contact. Some bat speed here with strong hands. Lots of line drive contact. Good student. Named to the 2022 Midwest Prospect Showcase Top Prospect list.
